How to Get Started with MikiboMikibo means "my balanced body" and represents our philosophy that a healthy lifestyle is all about balance. Mikibo will help you to see where you have lost your balance, whether that be eating too much food, not exercising enough, eating too much fat, or not getting enough iron in your diet. This tutorial will help you get started using the basic features of Mikibo. The points below correspond to the numbers in red circles in the image. The Mikibo Home Page
The Mikibo home page, shown on the right, is your starting point when you enter the site. You can always return to the home page by clicking the Mikibo logo in the top left corner of the screen. 1. Update your personal detailsYou can update your personal details at any time by clicking "personal details". Your personal details include height, activity level, location, email address and password. 2. Enter your weightEnter your weight and press "submit" whenever you visit the site. You are then given a body mass index and your weight is charted so that you can track your progress. 3. Send us a messageIf you are having trouble using the site, if you find an error, or if you have a suggestion for Mikibo, please let us know using this feedback box. 4. Go to a different section of the siteTabs across the top of the page take you to the different sections of the site. When you are in a section its tab turns white. If a page has no tabs at the top of the screen you should return to the home page by clicking the Mikibo logo in the top left corner. |
