The Mikibo Food SectionThe food section allows you to record what you eat and see where you are getting out of balance. It consists of a "week view" page that gives a summary of the week and a "day view" page where you can enter and view your food each day. The Week View Page
When you have selected the "Food" tab you will come to a "week view" of your food diary, shown on the right. 1. Go to the food sectionFrom elsewhere within Mikibo click the "Food" tab and you will be taken to the "week view" page in the food section. The "Food" tab is white whenever you are in the food section. 2. View a different dateClick on any date in this calendar and you will be taken to the "day view" page for that day. A gray box around a date indicates the selected date. 3. View energy and fat chartsThese charts show your total energy or fat intake each day in the selected week. Use the drop down list at the top of the chart to switch between the energy and fat charts. The red lines indicate your target maximum energy and fat intakes. Try to stay below these lines. 4. Go to the day view pageTo visit the "day view" page click the date you wish to view from the week summary. |
